Epiduo-Acutane: Be patient and be sure to cleanse your face with a mild cleanser and moisturize at least twice daily.Please allow the Accutane time to work and help treat your acne. Epiduo will only contribute to extra drying and irritate your skin. Dermatologists advise against the use of Epiduo while using Accutane.
