The rest are okay: I'd urge you to get your vitamins from a balanced diet rather than a bottle. Avoid taking vitamin a itself; if your dermatologist isn't adverse to your taking a multivitamin with only a small amount of a, it would be okay. Your vitamin d can come from reasonable sun exposure.

Ask your doctor: Isotretinoin is a highly effective treatment with lasting benefits. Most patients do not require any treatment for their acne after completing a standard course of isotrenoin therapy. A small percentage of patients will have a recurrence of their acne but even then it tends to occur a year or more after stopping isotretinoin. If that happens, consult your dermatologist.

Steatocystoma: The classic treatment is with the tetracycline class of antibiotics. Isotretinoin therapy has been effective in some patients; however, in others, it has caused the condition to flare. Recurrence following Isotretinoin treatment has been reported.

Within 3 months: Acne can flare the first few months on isotretinoin. Most patients start to improve by 12 weeks. There are always a few patients who require more time to improve.
