Doubtful: At you age, having Skin manifestations of high cholesterol (usually seen in the eye area) would be unlikely, and is probably something else. Pimples of course are a possibility since you called them pimples, but a true diagnosis on any skin condition can not be made over the computer and really would need a clinical exam. Best wishes.
