Can't completely: Can't completely explain as I'm uncertain what the other 28% of the cells showed. With the infection your neutrophils go up but there are also other cells like monocytes that might go up. It's also important to know what your blood count look like before this infection. Your physician has all this information and this would be the best person to discuss this.
