Hello i have been experiencing constant muscle pain in my left arm all day. have been taking paracetamol but no relief. what could be causing this pls?

What kind of pain?: Left arm pain is frequently associated with possible her condition but it depends what kind of pain. Does it hurt with movement? is it Sharp, dull, shooting, radiating form chest or neck? if feels as a ache - its mostly muscular. origin of pain may be in neck (cervical nerve impingement). If stretching, anti-inflammatory , heat and cold not help - better to consult doctor.
