Talk to neurologist: Looks like you are already seeing a neurologist, its appropriate that you talk to him. If pain is sharp and going in your arm, you might have a disc.

Cervical radic?: Best to see a physiatrist or other spine specialist regarding this. Could easily be pathology in the cervical spine causing all this.
