Ok to swallow: swallowed toothbrush bristle should be fairly easy to pass through, removal if you can see it and remove it, otherwise seek medical attention if it is still there or any difficulty breathing or swallowing salivs

Drink water.: It's doubtful this would be harmful to you. Drink some water and try to flush it down into your esophagus and stomach.

Get help: Can actually do damage if swallowed. Go immediately to ER or Urgent Care. Don't try to remove it yourself.

No: Iit may already be gone and you're feeling the irritated spot where it was. Or it may go down on its own in a few hours time. If not, see an ENT or a hospital ER to have it removed. Do not try to do it yourself as you might cause injury.
