H flu: Doesn't normally colonize the sinuses, you may very well have chronic sinusitis that wasn't treated fully. Recurrent sinusitis despite full treatment warrants evaluation, see an allergist/immunologist, check aaaai.org or acaai.org for an allergist/immunologist even for a second opinion if you have seen one already, best wishes
