Cellulitis: There is always a risk of cellulitis if your whole calf is hurting. Please see a dr as you may need IV antibiotics

You need to be seen: any skin infection that makes your entire calf hurt so badly could be serious, and needs to be evaluated by someone who can tell. Good luck!

If you have calf: pain, you need to make sure you don't have a clot in your leg thats most important. the pus signifies an infection, and it sounds like your describing an ulcer as a result. You need to see a doctor.
