Fingered vagina, didn't wash hand, masturbated 1 hour later with same hand. 2 weeks after, no sores, but itching tingling the last week. hsv2 or no?

Definitely not HSV: You can't catch herpes in this way. It is rarely if ever transmitted by hand-genital contact or fingering, and certainly not an hour after contact. Herpes sores may itch or tingle, but herpes does not cause itching or tingling without visible sores. This isn't herpes or any other STD. Maybe jock itch, unrelated to the fingering event. Try an OTC jock itch treatment; or see a doctor.
