Lab: Your symptoms could very well be due to thyroid dysfunction although other causes can also present similarly. Discuss it in detail with a physician and recheck TSH.

Hypothyroid: Agree with Dr. Kaur. If you TSH is 9.01, you are hypothyroid and need replacement medication. It would be prudent to consult an endocrinologist. It is unlikely to be a lab error. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.

At least in part: Extreme fatigue is a common symptom of hypothyroidism but there may be other causes of hot flashes and nausea. TSH of 9.01 shows you are hypothyroid but request thyroid antibody test for thyroiditis which is a bit more complicated and can cause hot flashes.
