Headache: the issue is , is this is the first time or you have had this before. unilateral headaches can be migraines and can cause neurologic symptoms and can cause hemiplegia (one sided weakness ) temporarily amongst a host of other symptoms. if this is the first time and you are concerned please see your Doctor for further assessment.
