Urticaria: could be cholinergic urticaria, a type of physical urticaria that is triggered by exposure to warm environment, also much less common is aquagenic urticaria, triggered by water exposure, not your case. You can try a 2nd generation antihistamine as cetirizine or loratadine to control it, but read the labels carefully, if that doesn't work, see a dermatologist or an allergist, best wishes

Could be heat: Some people get hives when they get hot. Try cooler showers and see if that helps. It is good that you changed your shower products but you should try using only hypoallergenic products and see if that helps. If you can't get this to resolve see a doctor or allergist.
