Blood sugar: 29 M had dinner 8:30PM, 150 ml milk 10:30 pm. then tested BG @ 8:30 A. Asks is it correct? ANS: Your blood sugar is what it is. Assuming you have accurate meter, it has been recently checked for accuracy and you did test exactly correct. If question is did the milk change your BG? Not likely. BTW milk contains sugar (lactose as in lactation). You got about 6 gm in milk. Tsp sugar = 4 gm.
