VERY concerning: While is a chance may be (only) due to the swelling and improve with resolution of the swelling--could be more ominous.

Stage 4: I am sorry to hear about your brother. Despites a very agressive therapy, unfortunately a stage IV lung cancer means the cancer has spread systemically-beyond the lung itself. It is treatable , but incurable unfortunately.
