I have cervicogenic dizziness and it always seems to get much worse before and during my period? does this make sense? why would this be?

Doubt the dx: you may be having catamenial (estrogen fluctuations related) vestibular (causing vertigo aka dizziness) migraine which sometimes can occur without the headache component
