Maybe, maybe not: Nicotene in cigarettes can cause many adverse reactions, ...Raising blood pressure is just one. When you stop, it is possible if your blood pressure goes down, it may cause minor dizziness. Rest assured these symtpoms are temporary and will go away. Stopping smoking is important, so stick to it! if dizziness persists, than seek medical attention to find another cause.
