Possible: swollen testicle can be due to fluid collection , hernia or infection or more sinister things like twisted testicle . If its painful then you should go to emergency immediately otherwise see your doctor tomorrow .

An "acutely" swollen and painful testicle, especially in an adolescent, requires immediate evaluation to rule out torsion, infection, and testicular cancer, though the latter is more often a painless swelling or mass.
