Hold them for now: It may be due to nasal irritation, which can be a side effect of either medicine. You can re-introduce them one at a time, review the usage techinique, pointing backwards towards your ears away from the nasal seprum, and see if that's still causing the problem, if it is, see your doctor for re-evaluation
