May or May not be: Since you had recent bronchitis, it is concerning that your symptoms are returning, and as well the color of the mucus being darker in color (brown)-you want to be sure it is not related and that you do not need antibiotics etc. See your Dr. and get a good evaluation and clinical exam, so the best diagnosis can be made and resultantly the best treatment to occur.
