Help is available: There can be a number of factors that lead to passing out. The most likely cause depends on your past medical history, underlying medical conditions, as well as any current illness you may be experiencing. It is reassuring that you EKG was normal, pointing away from your heart as the cause. A thorough history would give us more information on where to look next.
