Prolapsed hemorrhoid: is likely. Try warm baths to relax you and push it back in. You could also use compress of glycerin to shrink it and help reduce the pain. There are medicines available from a chemist that can help with the pain. Make sure your stools stay very soft by drinking plenty of fluids and eating lots of fruits and vegetables/fiber. If it keeps coming back, you may need to have it removed by a doctor.
