GYN exam: and pelvic ultrasound. Obtain a full gyn consult on dysmenorrhea and get Rx for medication for cramping. Until seen, you can use Aleve as follows if nit alleric: 2tab initially, then 1-2 tab every 8 hrs on a full stomach taken with Zantac 150mg /day.
