Testicular cancer: The only way to know for sure is to see you doc ASAP. Please do so. This type of cancer often shows up in young adult males in their late 20s-early 30s. Your doc will examine you and let you know. There are many other much more likely possibilities for symptoms you may be having. Peace and good health.
