Yes: it is normal to have a higher blood pressure in your leg AND YOU SHOULD NOT USE THE BP CUFF ON YOUR LEGS you can damage veins/deep structures and encourage formation of deep vein inflammation/blood blots!!!! Hope this helps DR Z
