Infertility: First step in evaluation would.be a detailed history regarding your medical, surgical, obstetric and gynecological history. How long have you been trying? Does your partner have any medical conditions? The next step would be a physical exam to look for any "clues" to a condition that could be the culprit. Blood work & pelvic sono are usually a good starting point. Contact your obgyn to discuss.
