Low appetite: Oral contraceptive consecutive cycling is also very dependent on taking the active pills punctually. Low dose oral BC if missed can occasionally result in ovulation, and no bleeding would occur if pregnancy resulted. Get a serum HCG test to be certain. See your healthcare provider if you to not see withdrawal bleeding when your "period" is due.
