I don't have growing pains because i'm 31 but i have pains that resemble that. happens hours before bedtime in lowerback, hips, knees & leg muscles ?

Conditioning/fatigue: As a rule, when you have musculoskeletal pains in the evening/night, not on arising, they are related to fatigue of the muscle groups in those areas. If you establish a progressive program of more conditioning,walking, swimming, etc. you may be able to prepare your body more for what you put it through. Pains on arising, after what should be restful sleep are more worrisome and suggestive of pbs.
