Although I: truly doubt that it would "hurt" I would recommend that you don't..Exercise would increase your blood pressure and encourage bleeding if it is still "leaking" Since its an "unusual" place o bleed a blood clotting evaluation may be appropriate...Hope this is helpful Dr Z
