I have a runny nose but only at night around 3:45 am and i have to blow my nose repeatedly. i dont have a cold or asthma. this started 3 weeks ago?

Dust mite allergy?: Since dust mites thrive in the mattress/pillow/box spring, if you happen to be allergic to them, this may account for your symptoms at 3:45 .am. (that precise?). However with the symptoms having been present for just 3 weeks, it is too early to make a diagnosis. Have you tried taking an antihistamine at bedtime?
