Sure: Let them know but it shouldn't be a huge problem. The scope does not occlude your entire mouth.

Yes: you should, and s/he will probably have dealt with this before. It wouldn't hurt to take a nasal spray with you to the procedure and ask whether you can use it beforehand. Good luck!
