Probably not: Fluconazole (Diflucan) is not known to have any such affect. Indeed, the whole business about antibiotics and hormonal contraception is mostly an urban myth. The vast majority of antibiotics, taken for short courses (under 2 weeks) in the usual doses, have no effect at all. Virtually nobody ever gets pregnant on account of taking antibiotics. Don't worry about it!
