You may have hyper: extended your knee or hurt one of your ligaments in the back of the knee such as the posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) or one of your hamstring tendons. It is crucial that you visit a MD or healthcare provider who can accurately examine and diagnose your problem and propose a plan of management. Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.
