I have multiple small ovarian cysts and a mucus filled cyst in my cervix. symptoms: pelvic pain, bruising, sore breasts, fever. what is going on?

Common findings: The multiple cysts on your ovaries are common for women of your age. The cervix cyst is also abnormal variant. The pain and sore breasts could also be attributed to "normal" variations in your cycle. The fever and bruising should be worked up by your PCP. From a Gyn standpoint, these seem like common findings, but should be talked about with your doctors.
