Regular cycles?: If a woman has regular cycles, has unprotected intercourse, and 2 days later comes on her period the likelihood of pregnancy is low. To be sure, even in this case, and more so if it the cycle pattern is not known, a pregnancy test would need to be done, which would be positive as early as 1 week, certainly 2 weeks after the unprotected intercourse, if the woman conceived.
