Infection: The blister could most likely be due to an infection. If the scar is over an area that is subject to rubbing, then this could be a frictional blister. Go and see a doctor who can drain the blister, take some swabs and decide on the cause of the blister. If it is due to an infection then you would need a course of antibiotics to treat that.]
