Can i take one pamprin pill and one midol pill together to relieve severe cramps?

Probably: I looked at both medications. Some of the ingredients are the same for both, and normally I'd worry that you might get too much of one ingredient from two different sources, but since both boxes say you can take up to 2 caplets every 6 hours, then I expect that one caplet from each brand at that same frequency would be fine. I would add that a hot water bottle is also very helpful.
