36 yo. i have had severe fatigue for about three weeks. joint pain started about two weeks ago. tonight i just realized that despite my normal intake, i have new dizziness, nausea, & have only peed a small amount twice today. should i be concerned?

Symptoms: Hi. Your symptoms are very non-specific, but some of the things I think of when I hear of patients with symptoms such as yours is autoimmune conditions such as lupus. But like I mentioned, there could be lots of reasons for your symptoms and like Dr. Butler mentioned, its time to go see your doctor for a full history, physical and additional testing. Good luck!
