A member asked:

I'm 16 and about 5,7. i'm taller than both my parents now. i'd love to be taller than 6 ft and my family and i are thinking about hgh, would it help?

No!: A pediatrician or primary doctor follows a child's growth every year. A height of 5' 7" is perfectly fine. That is a normal height unless both parents are super tall, as in 6.5 to 7 feet tall. Even then, HGH (growth hormone) is unlikely to be used, because 5' 7" is a normal height in the human population. We do not want to use growth hormone to make normal people taller.
