Could lower back pain be related to a warm sensation i'm feeling on my right calf? the back pain is on the right side of my spine, near the sacrum.

Yes: It could be related. You are quite young for osteoarthritis so another possibility is a herniated or bulging disc. This can touch a nerve root in your spine and cause pain/tingling/burning in the distribution of that nerve. It can also cause pain in the back itself, especially with an annular tear. If this pain and sensation in your calf persist, it warrants evaluation.
