Ensure: Nutrition is important for healing. Things like Ensure will be good for you. Any liquid diet, soups etc are good at this time. The oral surgeon should have reviewed eating and diet with you. Call them with your specific questions.

Post-surgery: Did the Oral Surgeon or Periodontist provide you with written post-surgical instructions? If so, follow them. Protein is essential for healing. Ensure is a good source.
