Perineal tendinitis : You probably have one of two things. Insertional tendonitis at the base of your 5 metatarsal or capsulitis of your 4 &5 metatarsal cuboid joints. Both respond well to ice, rest, immobilization and anti inflammatory mess like ibuprofen 800 mg three times a day for 2 weeks. If that does not work see DR.
