Focus on proven tx: TIA (transient ischemic attack) suggests that you sustained no residual deficit or loss. However, it's imperative that you follow up w/your family doc to reduce your risk of stroke (signified by permanent function deficit/loss) by optimizing blood pressure, cholesterol & sugar. If you smoke, stop. These are all proven to be beneficial. There's no evidence of benefit from spirulina & ginkgo biloba
