May be related: Endometriosis can result from excess hormonal changes and implantation of endometrial tissue outside of the uterus. When this happens, it is called endometriosis, and may cause cyclic pain during your monthly menstrual period. Many times patients notice pain while having a bowel movement, and pain resolves after the menstrual cycle. I would recommend consult with an OBGYN.
