Talk to your doctor: Clomiphene alters hormonal balances in the body, especially of estrogen. This is how it works as an infertility drug. Endometriosis can be worsened by the presence of high levels of estrogens. Clomiphene use is relatively contraindicated in women with endometriosis. But again, you should talk to your doctor since only they know why you may still need to take the drug despite your condition.
