Discectomy problems: Uncertain of your procedure. "Leaky disc" does not really describe the problem. Likely time should help. An epidural steroid in the near-term could improve your pain significantly for at least long enough for your body to begin to heal the disc issue. If the pain not improving significantly, I would want a new MRI to see if new pathology/cause of the pain. If not, would give some direction.
