Does rectal bleeding: come at same time as passing stool? Or does it happen regardless? You may have some constipation and hemorrhoids, or you may have something worse like Crohn's. Crohn's is typically associated with recurrent exquisite pain followed by mucous-y stool and diarrhea, along with fever and/or bleeding. This pattern repeats itself.
