Had a d&c & hysteroscopy/polypectomy yesterday on day 6 of my period. i had bright red bleeding and then no bleeding at all is it normal to not bleed?

Yes: Post hysteroscopy bleeding can be quite variable. Sometimes people only bleed on the day and the day after the procedure, sometimes people stop and then bleed again a few days later. But less bleeding is not a cause for concern.
