I am currently breast feeding and have ppd, are there any anti-depressants i can take that have minimal sexual side effects but won't hurt my baby?

Talk with your docto: There are several antidepressants that could be considered. Don't worry so much about the possible effect on your libido at this point. You are breast feeding and have post partum depression. You are probably not sleeping well either. No one should expect you to be everything for everybody. Get yourself feeling better first!
