Bonding: Freud saw sexuality as begining in infancy with the bonding of child to the breast. More recent evidence reveals that nursing and fondling of breasts releases the hormone oxytocin which has been implicated with bonding and love feelings. Connections or attachments between humans is good for society and the survival of the species.
